Simmons is named partner at Gorman & Williams
Gorman & Williams named Charles L. Simmons Jr. a partner in the Baltimore-based law firm. His practice is in business and construction law, admiralty, intellectual property and insurance defense. A law graduate of the University of Baltimore, where he was an associate editor of the law review, Simmons is a member of the board of Communities of Care Inc.
