Judge association moves HQ to Baltimore

The National Association of Administrative Law Judges (NAALJ) announced it will move its headquarters from Chicago to the University of Baltimore School of Law, coinciding with the appointment of the state's former chief administrative law judge, John Hardwicke, as the nonprofit group's executive director.

03-583, Leocal v. Ashcroft (regarding the treatment of aggravated felonies)
03-674, Jama v. INS (a deportation case addressing individuals who will not be accepted by another country)
03-814, Stewart v. Dutra Construction Co. (a Jones Act seaman case)

The Court also summarily reversed in 03-374, Illinois v. Fisher (a case regarding the destruction of evidence).
