Balkinization has an interesting analysis of how Roberts differs from O'Connor.

OTS will be migrating the law library PC labs in 426 and 426A (and student accounts) the week of August 1st. The work in the labs will take about 2 days. They are scheduling it so that at least 1 lab on campus will be open at all times.
